We’re seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our client's growing team in Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, a commercial mindset, and experience managing recruitment accounts end-to-end.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing existing client accounts, nurturing strong and trusted relationships
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Overseeing advertising, screening and interviewing, and placement
• Meeting KPIs around fill rate, client satisfaction, and retention
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or account management role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results
• Knowledge of the local job market in Newcastle and surrounding areas is a plus
