Our client is a well-established Performance Car Specialist with nearly 20 years of service in the local area. Known for their exceptional service and repeat customer base, they are now looking to expand their workshop team by recruiting a dedicated Senior Vehicle Technician who shares their passion for quality and excellence.

Job stability within a family-run, personable businessDuties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, specialising in performance models
Servicing vehicles and carrying out complex repairs to meet manufacturers' standards
Mentoring junior technicians and supporting their skill development
Ensuring all repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard within specified timeframes
Maintaining detailed records of work undertaken and parts used
Keeping the workshop clean and organised
Communicating with customers effectively, managing their expectations professionally
Assisting with technical support and troubleshooting as requiredCandidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with a background in performance or luxury vehicles
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics or an equivalent qualification
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, hardworking, with a positive attitude and good sense of humour
Willingness to enhance technical skills through ongoing training
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to technical challenges and customer service
