Senior Administrator

We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator in the Birmingham area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a Senior Administrator you will need to have/be:

·Previous experience working in a renewals or records environment desirable
·Previous high level administrative experience
·Knowledge of MS packages
·Experience in handling high volumes of work
·Attention to detail and accuracy
·Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills


·Salary: £20,000.00 - £21,000.00 (depending on experience)
·Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.15pm
·Location: Birmingham
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a Senior Administrator:

·Producing monthly reminders, sending out reminders to clients
·Processing payment instructions
·Invoicing, crediting, making payments, invoice matching
·Updating the records system
·Producing client/fee earner reports
·Processing renewal certificates, checking and sending out
·Check diaries for progress to ensure instructions have been actioned/followed up
·Produce overdue renewal lists
·Calculate costs and forecasts
·Maintain databases
·Update records of lapsed cases
