Shifts for Supervisor:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 07:00 - 16:00
• Flexibility is required as your hours will change due to seasonal weather changes
• Working 5 days out of 7, weekend working will be needed on occasion

Pay:

• £17.00 per hour
• Paid weekly
• Temp to perm, successful candidates will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks worked

Main Duties of a Supervisor:

• Looking after various teams of pickers and crop workers
• Ensuring targets are hit and staff know how to perform their roles properly
• Maintaining strict Health and Safety standards
• Motivating, encouraging and helping your teams achieve their targets
• Training new staff on the requirements of their role
• Liaising with management, reporting issues, being proactive
• The ideal candidate will have fluent English and be able to speak Russian
