What you will be doing
* Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
* Handle check in and check out smoothly, efficiently, and accurately
* Assist guests with questions, requests, and local recommendations throughout their stay
* Create personalised moments that elevate the guest experience
* Process payments, reservations, and administrative tasks with precision
* Work closely with Housekeeping, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
* Anticipate guest needs and resolve challenges with confidence and grace
* Represent the charm, character, and service standards of Pulitzer Amsterdam in every interaction
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, or another guest facing role in a luxury hotel is preferred
* A warm, confident, and professional presence with a natural sense of hospitality
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for creating meaningful guest experiences
* Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
