Job Description: A growing comprehensive school in Sandwell, West Midlands, is looking for an ambitious Second in Charge of Maths to support its Head of Department from September 2025. This permanent, full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression for an experienced Maths Teacher ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in curriculum delivery, staff development, and raising attainment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Significant experience teaching Maths to KS3 & KS4, with evidence of impact.

* Emerging leadership skills and a desire to contribute to departmental strategy.
