Support Worker (Adults & Children's Services)
Location: UK Nationwide (priority: North West, London, Midlands)
Pay: £12.50 - £16.50 per hour (DOE & placement)
Shifts: Days, Nights, Sleep-ins, Block bookings available
Role Overview:
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex behaviours.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support
* Support daily living & independence skills
* Manage challenging behaviours safely
* Maintain safeguarding & care standards
* Accurate record keeping
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months UK care experience
* DBS (Update Service preferred)
* PMVA/MAPA training desirable
* Right to work in UK
* Driving licence desirable but not essential
