Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing Bias)

Location: Ashford, Kent (Residential Properties)
Rate: £20 per hour
Van + Fuel Card Provided
Contract: 3 Months (Permanent Opportunity After)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on residential properties in and around Ashford, Kent.

This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
Carrying out mainly plumbing works, with additional carpentry duties
Working on residential properties
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Power tools provided (own hand tools required)Requirements:
Strong plumbing background (main trade)
Carpentry skills essential
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Full clean UK driving licence
Able to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanshipWhat's on offer:
