West Northamptonshire - Assistant Team Manager Opportunities

Eden Brown Synergy are looking for experienced professionals to join teams in Learning Disability and Adult Services in West Northamptonshire.

1. Assistant Team Manager - Learning Disability Team

Location: One Angel Square, Northampton
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £38 per hour (umbrella) - non-negotiable
Work Type: Mixture of office, home, and visits as required

Role Overview:

Provide oversight and leadership within the Learning Disability Team.
Ensure Quality Assurance of reviews and high standards of service delivery.

2. Assistant Team Manager - Adult Services

Location: Olympus House, Weston Favell, Northampton
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 (4 days with 30-min lunch, 1 day with 1-hour lunch)
Rate: £37 per hour (umbrella) - non-negotiable
Duration: 6-month secondment, with potential for extension due to an upcoming vacancy

Role Overview:

Provide leadership support within the Adult Services team.
Support team management and ensure smooth delivery of services during the secondment period.
