A team-focused Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 months' experience operating at QS level.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working under an Associate, taking on your own projects across the high-end residential, commercial, arts & heritage, and education sectors.
Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will help an Associate with pre and post contract roles including attending progress meetings independently and contract administration.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- 4+ years quantity surveying experience
- Worked within a UK cost consultancy / PQS / cost management practice
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing, personable, team-focused character
- Residential project experience would be a plus
