Pay: £39,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plumber for a permanent role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site. Undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units.

Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

* Complete scheduled plumbing inspections and routine maintenance.

* Diagnose faults and provide quotes when required.

* Carry out reactive plumbing work such as leak investigations, water tank cleans, and general repairs.

* Maintain excellent health and safety standards.

* Assist with basic multi-trade tasks, including:

* Minor carpentry repairs (doors, windows)

* Simple locksmith adjustments

* Signage installation

* General ad-hoc maintenance duties

Desirable:

* Experience working in domestic/residential properties or facilities maintenance works

* Good communication skills with residents

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

* 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break
