Create patients in various programs to facilitate co-pay assistance for medication
Enter information into computer databases accurately for effective record keeping
Utilize computer terminal and navigate through multiple complex systems to input and retrieve information
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training activities
Work efficiently both individually and within a team to accomplish required tasks
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
College Education or justifiable experience
Proficient use of MS Office
Flexible Schedule- must be available to work 1-2 evenings per week until 8pm.
