Sous chef - Epsom - £15.50 per hour ( £32,240 PER ANNUM) - Monday to Friday - Epsom

A high volume prestigious contract catering site in the Great Burgh area are looking to recruit a Sous chef to join the team of chefs on a Monday to Friday basis working 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Reporting into the Head Chef, you will be contributing in all aspects of effective food production.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Provide a friendly catering service, performing a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and service in the school
* Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
* Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
* Work alongside the kitchen team.

What You Need to Be Successful:
* A strong understanding of produce and ingredients preferably with rosette experience.
* Great organisational and interpersonal skills
* Confident team leader.
* Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines
* A good working knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) at all levels
* Knowledge of food production methods
* Positive and approachable manner
