Are you passionate about being your best self?

Can you speak openly, without judgement, about sexuality, relationships, and gender?

Do you want to empower others to explore and become their best self, their way?

If the answer is yes, we may have the role for you!

Who will you be supporting?
Hi, I am looking for someone relaxed and at ease with themselves, and others in relation to sexuality, relationships, and gender.

I am in my 20's, and I want to explore my ideas around sexuality, relationships & gender in a fun, safe and enjoyable way. I am looking for someone who will come with ideas, to work with me up to 16 hours a week.

This will be a role out there, in the world with me, in the Canterbury area. Helping me explore my ideas, in clubs, in groups and safe spaces. I would like you to have a good font of knowledge and able to have a laugh and Joke.

I have autism and can get anxious. Without the right support, I can sometimes get angry and frustrated with people around me. I have had some terrible experiences in the past, with the people supporting me, hurting me, and letting me down. So, trust can take time, but when I do, we will have so much fun.

I need people to help me who are kind, caring, have a sense of humour, calm, consistent and compassionate. When I am anxious you will need to be able to oversee these times calmly and after a tough day, step into the next holding no grudges.

Job purpose
Person-centred care is more than just meeting the basic needs of those we support. It is about addressing their sexual needs too.
