x2 Mechanical Shift Engineer  - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to Perm - £25 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a commercial site.  He or she will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

4 on 4 off  
07:00am to 19:00pm
19:00pm to 07:00am
Contract type - Temp to perm
Immediate start 
Key duties & Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance 
HVAC Systems  
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors  
Requirements

Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Client Facing
