Milk Education are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming Secondary School in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in behaviour support, youth work, or mentoring, who is passionate about making a positive difference to young people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role -
Supporting students to self-regulate and engage positively in lessons

Building strong, trusting relationships to motivate and inspire pupils

Implementing behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to provide consistent support
Essential Qualifications -
Recent experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, or mentoring capacity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations

A genuine passion for supporting young people in overcoming barriers to learning
