• Supporting students to self-regulate and engage positively in lessons

• Building strong, trusting relationships to motivate and inspire pupils

• Implementing behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

• Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to provide consistent support

• Recent experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, or mentoring capacity

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations

• A genuine passion for supporting young people in overcoming barriers to learning
