Role Responsibilities - Oversee a broad client portfolio, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporate clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert financial and strategic advice
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, and financial reporting for clients
- Review work completed by junior staff, providing constructive feedback and training
- Identify opportunities to enhance client businesses through proactive financial guidance
- Ensure all work is delivered efficiently and to deadlines, maintaining a high standard of client care
- Contribute to business development efforts, helping to grow the firm’s client base

Candidate Requirements - ACA/ACCA qualified, with extensive experience in practice
- Strong expertise in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and business advisory services
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide clear and insightful advice
- Experience leading a team, reviewing work, and mentoring junior colleagues
- A commercially minded approach, with the ability to spot opportunities for client growth
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
