Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a 360-degree recruitment role where you'll be responsible for developing business, sourcing candidates, and managing the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Identify business opportunities and convert leads into active clients
Advertise job vacancies effectively across job boards and social platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates, matching them to suitable roles
Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring excellent candidate and client experiences
Negotiate terms of business and candidate offers
Maintain up-to-date records using internal CRM systems
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Person Specification:

Essential:

Previous experience in recruitment or a fast-paced sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using MS Office and CRM/ATS systems

Desirable:

Knowledge of the local Teesside employment market
Experience in sectors such as ports, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing
Full UK driving licence
