Siamo Group are looking for a experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a client of ours in Bardon Hill, Coalville on a temp to perm position 

Position: FLT Counterbalance Driver (double fork up to 3.5t)
Location: Bardon Hill, Coalville
Pay Rate: £12.95 ph plus £1.43 ph attendance bonus 
Hours: Monday to friday, Roatational shifts, (Apply online only) & (Apply online only)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a fast-paced and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and confident operating a counterbalance forklift truck in a warehouse or production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to move, load, and unload materials
Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock movement
Ensure all goods are handled with care and recorded accurately
Maintain a clean and organised working area
Follow all site health & safety procedures and company policiesRequirements
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence 
Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced settingBenefits
