About the Role

As a Corporate Account Handler, you will provide expert technical advice and broking support to an established portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring outstanding service every step of the way.
This role offers a fantastic city centre office base with a flexible working arrangement, evenly splitting your time between the office and working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering technical support with timely and accurate responses to client queries.
- Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments efficiently.
- Ensuring all client documentation is precise and issued within required deadlines.
- Maintaining a strong client focus to consistently provide an exceptional level of service.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking with strong technical knowledge across multiple product lines.
- Demonstrated competence in managing larger corporate risks regularly.
- Sound commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the UK insurance market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to conduct thorough fact-finding with clients.
- Effective time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
