Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant- Banstead

- £15.00 per hour + holiday pay (£15,000 pro rata)
- Ongoing role | 2-3 days per week
Looking for a flexible, part-time role in property where you can build experience in new homes sales while working on a beautifully presented development?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy new homes showroom in Banstead, supporting the sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Whether you're already in estate agency / new homes or looking to step into the sector, this role offers consistency, training, and exposure to a high-quality development.
What you'll be doing:Welcoming and registering visitors to the sales suite.
Supporting property viewings and showcasing the development.
Handling enquiries and assisting with the buyer journey.
Maintaining presentation of the showroom to a high standard.
Supporting the wider sales team with admin and customer care.

Flexible working pattern: Friday, Saturday & Monday (or just Saturday & Monday if preferred).
Work alongside an established new homes developer and agency team.

Interest or experience in property, estate agency, or new homes
Well-presented with strong communication skills
Reliable and happy working weekends

Interview: 1-stage with the Developer (MD)
