Job Title: F&B Director - Luxury 5 Star Hotel - Ireland

Salary: Up to €85,000 + Bonus

I am recruiting a dynamic F&B Director to join this luxury 5 star located in Ireland. My client is recruiting for a F&B Director who is passionate, driven with an eye for detail. As F&B Director you will be overseeing the F&B outlets along with training and developing the heads of department.

About the position

• Responsible for the smooth running of all the F&B outlets along with the private events
• Manage and train staff to the highest level
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
• Assume responsibility of the operations and financial results

The successful candidate

• Experience working in a similar luxury hotel or venue
• A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
• A high level of customer service
• Experience with VIP guests
• High volume experience
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink

• Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen
