Vacancy: Freelance Site Engineer/ Setting Out Engineer

Unite People are working with a regional construction contractor to hire a freelance Site Engineer to work on a project in South Yorkshire.

Working with a building contractor; you will be required to set out and manage QA package for external brickwork, internal patricians and reconfiguration of existing buildings.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

* CSCS Card

* HND, HNC or Civil Engineering degree is preferred

* Previous experience as an Engineer, setting out on 'build' projects, internals and refurbishment works.

* Comfortable with QA, and working as a lead Engineer with a main contractor.

* Ability to work under deadlines, organising and prioritising deadlines to meet construction programme targets

* Understanding of setting out, using and EDM/ Total station.
