Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception children.

* Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and academic growth.

* Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement an inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.

* Regularly assess and monitor students' progress and well-being, providing feedback to both parents and colleagues.

* Maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and carers, ensuring clear communication and support for students' development.
