Are you a detail-oriented and commercially minded accountant looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic on-site finance team, playing a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts

Analyse financial performance, variances, and key cost drivers

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance

Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist in year-end reporting and liaise with external auditors

What We're Looking For:

Part-qualified (nearly there!) or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) accountant

Proven experience in a management accounting role (ideally within a fast-paced environment)

Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with operational teams on-site
