Description

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs.
• Assist with month-end processes, including reporting and ledger reviews.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Support ad hoc tasks as required by the department.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Temporary to Permanent should have:

• Coins expereince
• Previous experience in purchase ledger or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the property industry would be advantageous.
