We're currently recruiting Nursery Nurses and Early Years Assistants to work across a range of private nurseries in Ealing. If you're looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle, with regular ad-hoc and ongoing bookings available, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Various shift patterns available, including 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, and 10:00am-6:00pm - with options for continuous work during term time and holidays for those who want extra hours.

About the Role:

Work within welcoming private nursery settings in the Ealing area

Support children aged 0-5 with daily routines, learning through play, and personal care

Help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

Be part of a supportive team, contributing to a safe, caring, and stimulating environment

Cover a variety of shifts and nursery rooms depending on need

The Ideal Candidate:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification is preferred, but experienced unqualified staff will also be considered

Previous experience working in nursery or Early Years settings

Flexible, reliable, and confident supporting young children

Friendly, caring, and proactive with strong communication skills
