We are a welcoming and inclusive two-form entry primary school in the heart of Greenwich, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team from September 2025.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our youngest learners. You will work closely with teachers and other EYFS staff to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. The hours for this role is 8:15am - 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of high-quality education and care for children aged 3-5
Foster a warm and inclusive classroom culture that supports all learners
Contribute to planning and delivering engaging activities that promote development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with school policies
Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's learning journeyWe Are Looking For:

A qualified Early Years Practitioner (minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
Experience working in an EYFS setting
A positive, caring, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
