Before You Apply

• Recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a nursing home or hospital setting is required.
• Active NMC registration as an RGN is essential; Not suitable for newly qualified nurses
• Flexibility to work weekends is requires
• Tier 2 sponsorship is NOT available.

Key Job Details

• Pay: £22.50–£24.00 + paid handover and paid breaks
• Hours: Full-time, 36.75 hours per week
• Shifts: Days, 3 shifts per week
• Shift times: 19:45–08:00
• Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Need

• Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Proven post-registration experience in a nursing home or hospital setting
• Confidence working shifts with responsibility for clinical oversight
• Strong medication management and care planning skills
• Experience with wound management, PEG feeds, and syringe drivers

• Dementia care experience
• Familiarity with electronic care record systems

What You’ll Do

• Lead clinical care and decision-making
• Manage medication rounds safely and accurately
• Maintain and update care plans and clinical documentation
• Provide wound care, PEG feeding, syringe driving, and related interventions
• Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes appropriately
• Deliver clear, thorough handovers
