SEND Tribunal Officer - North West

We are working with a Local Authority in the North West who are seeking an experienced SEND Tribunal Officer to join their team.

Location: North West (remote options available)
Rate: £291 - £300 per day
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 3-6 months
Interviews: 17th April

Role Overview

This role involves representing the Local Authority in SEND tribunals, managing complex casework, preparing evidence, and attending hearings and mediation sessions.

You will work closely with families, schools, and legal teams to ensure decisions are compliant, child-centred, and support early resolution.

Key Requirements

• Experience working on SEND appeals/tribunals
• Experience representing a Local Authority
