Senior Quantity Surveyor
Birmingham
£65,000 - £75,000 Per Annum + Package
We are seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on Major project in Birmingham on a Permanent basis.
Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and are working a number of large scale projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial processes and mentor junior team members
* Liaise with project and commercial managers
* Manage subcontractor procurement and tender evaluations
* Protect commercial interests through strong contractual knowledge
* Support client relationships and project delivery
Requirements:
* BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
* Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB
* Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
* Experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
