We are currently recruiting a Corporate Receptionist / Welcome Host on behalf of one of our high-profile clients, a leading front-of-house services provider for a major financial business, based in their state-of-the-art headquarters in the City of London.

Our client is seeking a professional Corporate Welcome Host / Receptionist who will act as the face of their service in a fast-paced, high-end banking environment.

The Role:

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and stakeholder and be responsible for delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience that reflects the prestige of the building and the professionalism of the bank.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing front desk operations and visitor arrivals
• Delivering a warm and welcoming five-star service experience
• Handling incoming calls and enquiries professionally
• Supporting meeting room, events and guest coordination
• Working closely with building security and facilities teams
• Maintaining immaculate reception and lobby presentation

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is seeking a candidate who:

• Has previous experience in 5* corporate reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles such as hotels, private members clubs, airlines or restaurants.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Is well-presented, proactive, and reliable
• Thrives in a professional, corporate environment
• Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
