2-week temporary assignment - 6 x roles available - 28th May to 10th June

  • Looking for candidates with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our well-established client on a 2 week temporary basis
  • Opportunity to work with one of the UK’s best employers and gain invaluable experience
  • Full training provided

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email offering a friendly and professional service
  • Updating internal system

Requirements:

  • High level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience strongly desirable
  • Good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook)
  • Required to own a smartphone
