Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role:
- Responsible for delivering high quality customer service customers.
- Maintains accurate and organized records of all transactions via the call logs.
- Data entry of case notes.
- Answer high volume of calls.
- Ability to learn and be knowledgeable on all company processes.
Preferred Qualifications of Customer Service Representative:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Must be able to pass background/drug screen
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Solid MS Office
- Detail oriented
