Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £56K
Shift Pattern: 3 Shift Rota
Role Summary:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure production lines run efficiently, safely, and consistently. You will minimise downtime, support production teams, and deliver effective planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Support CI projects and plant improvement activities
* Assist with new equipment installation and commissioning
* Maintain safety compliance, SSWs, PTWs, and engineering standards
* Work closely with Production and the Maintenance Team Leader
* Record work using CMMS systems (SAP/Agility/Shires)
* Support training of technical team members

Skills & Experience Required:
* Time-served or formally qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3 or similar)
* Strong multi-skilled background (mechanical/electrical)
* Experience in manufacturing engineering roles
* Confident fault finder with proactive mindset
* CMMS experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
