Join a leading college in West London as a Lecturer in Uniformed Services, where you will have the opportunity to shape the futures of young individuals aiming for careers in the Police, Armed Services, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, and Security Services. This role offers a dynamic environment with a mix of classroom teaching and practical, outdoor activities.

• Teach a range of programmes related to Policing and Uniformed Services, including NCFE Levels 1 – 5 and Higher National Diploma (HE).
• Participate in outdoor and residential activities to provide practical learning experiences.
• Deliver and support fitness training sessions as part of the curriculum.
• Drive a minibus for student activities or be prepared to undertake training to obtain the necessary licence.
• Engage and motivate students aged 16-19 through effective teaching practices and a disciplined learning environment.

• Minimum qualification of Level 3 in a relevant field.
• Work experience in the Police, other emergency services, or the Armed Services.
• Teaching or training experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with young people.
• Willingness to undertake teacher training if not already qualified; full funding and support for teacher training will be provided by the College.
