Hogsalt Hospitality is seeking a Chinese Cuisine Consultant to support the culinary team with creating Chinese American menu items. Hogsalt Hospitality is a Chicago based restaurant group run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Pay rate for this position is $30/hr.
We are looking for an experienced Chinese American cooking style chef to create simple quality food that can be consistently executed by our team. This consulting role will need to develop recipes, share ingredient knowledge and sourcing, and demonstrate and train wok cooking, pot sticker and dumpling making.
