Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out Contractor

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £55,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan are working with a specialist fit-out contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their busy Bristol office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-moving, highly regarded fit-out business delivering projects across the retail, commercial, and leisure sectors. Projects typically range from £500k to £5m.

Your role will include:
✅ Managing all commercial elements of fit-out projects
✅ Liaising directly with clients and site teams
✅ Procurement of subcontractors and materials
✅ Valuations, CVRs, final accounts and reporting to Commercial Manager

Who we are looking for:

3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience (fit-out or main contracting)

*

Strong communication skills for client and internal relationships

*

Commercially astute and able to work independently

*

Knowledge of JCT contracts preferred
