What You'll Be Doing:

Improving, manufacturing, assembly & test processes to boost efficiency, quality & cost savings
Leading root cause analysis (8D, RCA, DMAIC) to solve complex production issues
Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams
Implementing Lean tools (PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care)
Supporting production troubleshooting across electro-mechanical products
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real operational changeWhat We're Looking For:

HNC/HND qualified + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & CI methodologies
Experience with electro-mechanical assembly & testing environments
Experience in record leading change & improvement projects
Confident problem-solver with excellent stakeholder communicationClearance: BPSS required | SC preferred (can be processed)
