Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer - Commercial Building Maintenance

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Overview:

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, carrying out maintenance and repair works across a portfolio of commercial properties in London.

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for an engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC systems who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works on air conditioning systems including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and AHUs

Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial environments

Complete service and maintenance reports accurately and on time

Ensure compliance with health and safety and site regulations

Work closely with other engineers and the site management team to ensure service delivery

Requirements:

F-Gas Certification (Category 1) - essential

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration - desirable

Proven experience working on AC systems within commercial buildings

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Full UK driving licence (if mobile role)

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
