A leading Interior Designer has created a new role within Operations due to the exciting growth of this prestigious, young, dynamic and supportive company. From overseeing HR/recruitment and all processes within the company, to managing all the facilities, suppliers and subcontractors, to preparing and presenting monthly reports and attending team meetings, this person will need to be confident at trouble-shooting.

You will need to be warm, approachable, calm and a real team player, who people will turn to when things go wrong, happy in the knowledge that they will be sorted out both rapidly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised and hard-working with 2+ years Administrative experience, ideally some HR exposure.
