Expect to run short interventions, use visual supports and clear routines, and help pupils regulate and re-engage with learning. You’ll adapt tasks, note simple progress, and share next steps with staff and parents.The Candidate:You’re a graduate who communicates clearly, stays patient under pressure, and builds trust quickly. You follow support plans, keep boundaries consistent, and are motivated to help children overcome barriers to learning.Requirements
• Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in SEN, behaviour support and pupil wellbeing.
