About the Role:

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for retail fit-out projects

*

Coordinate trades and subcontractors efficiently

*

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations

*

Deliver high-quality workmanship within tight deadlines

*

Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports

*

Troubleshoot issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in site management within retail/commercial fit-outs

*

SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, and First Aid certification

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

*

Full UK driving license
