Job Description

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be instrumental in providing top-tier maintenance services to our valued client properties.

Your responsibilities will encompass fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations, with a focus on delivering a world-class building services maintenance service.

By leveraging your specialised skills and knowledge, you'll contribute directly to upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks according to schedule, ensuring the smooth operation of client properties

* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests received via the helpdesk or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs

* Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems, utilising specialised knowledge and skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently

* Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations on various building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fabric components

* Collaborate effectively with the helpdesk team and other stakeholders to prioritise and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to client operations

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and any relevant documentation, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements

* Adhere to health and safety protocols and best practices at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others

* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in maintenance processes and procedures, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance service

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

* Possess significant experience and demonstrates eagerness and willingness to contribute effectively, showcasing a strong fit for the role

* A Facilities Management (FM) background is not a prerequisite
