Mobile Electrical Engineer
Location: Cambridgeshire / Bedfordshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 + up to £3,000 bonuses + call-out (£100/call)

Role Summary:
As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. Your day-to-day will include:

* Performing PPMs and fault-finding on a range of building services systems including HVAC, lighting, emergency systems, and electrical distribution.

* Logging work and updating compliance records using a company-issued tablet.

* Diagnosing issues, quoting for remedial works, and carrying out repairs when approved.

* Communicating regularly with your lead engineer and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.

* Occasionally working out-of-hours to complete essential maintenance tasks and participating in the call-out rota (1 in 9 weeks).

Requirements:

* Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition, 2391

* Experience with HVAC plant, emergency lighting, and general building services

* Good communication and time management skills

* Full UK driving licence & clean DBS
