School Administrator & Exam Support Officer (Term Time Only)
Salary: £12,490 per annum
Hours: 21 hours per week (8:30am - 3:45pm, 3 days per week) 1-year fixed contract
Working Days: Friday (fixed) with two additional days ideally Wednesday /Thursday (flexible)

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a School Administrator & Exam Support Officer to join a welcoming and supportive local school. This is a fantastic term-time-only opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional front-office manner.

Responsibilities: 

Provide general administrative support across the school
Cover reception duties, greeting parents, visitors, and students
Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Support the Exams Office with admin tasks and organisation
Be trained to assist with exams, including preparation, scheduling, and running of exams (invigilator skills are desirable but not essential)
Work closely with school staff to ensure smooth delivery of exam processes
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, students, and parentsRight candidate:
