Reed Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of construction equipment services who are recruiting for a Mobile Fitter to work across their growing client base in South Wales. This hands-on role involves the repair and maintenance of mobile machinery on customer sites. This position is ideal for someone who has a mechanical background and interest working across dynamic environments. 

• Conduct repair and maintenance tasks on a variety of plant machinery.
• Work predominantly on-site with customers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality of machinery.
• Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times during maintenance procedures.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Strong working knowledge of plant machinery.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a field-based environment.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Possession of a valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
