The Role

We are seeking driven and results-focused Recruitment Consultants who specialise in permanent placements, with a proven track record in sectors such as:

* Commercial

* Industrial

* Construction

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow a successful permanent recruitment desk

* Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients

* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates

* Manage the full 360 recruitment process

* Meet and exceed individual and team targets

* Maintain excellent service standards in line with CSS values

* Proven experience in permanent recruitment

* Strong billing history and consistent performance

* Background in commercial, industrial, or construction sectors

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
