Quantity Surveyor - Fast Track Fit-Out Projects

We're currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team delivering a range of fast-track fit-out projects across the UK. Projects include high-profile retail and leisure brands.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, commercially focused position within a busy team environment. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects, and a proactive, problem-solving approach to commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full commercial management across multiple fit-out projects

* Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

* Budget management, cost reporting, and forecasting

* Valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Working closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out sector

* Background in fast-paced environments, ideally working with retail or leisure clients

* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Details:

* Location: Hybrid - typically 1-2 days in the office, remainder remote

* Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
