Your new companyYou'll be working with a well-established and trusted contractor who has secured a high-profile project at a live prison site in Devizes. Known for delivering complex schemes to exacting standards, they are now seeking experienced professionals to support the successful delivery of this critical project. Your new roleWe are recruiting for both a Site Manager and a Project Manager to join the team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. The project involves refurbishment and upgrade works within a secure prison environment, requiring a strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and stakeholder coordination.

• Site Manager: Responsible for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor management, and ensuring work is delivered safely and to programme.
• Project Manager: Overseeing the full project lifecycle, managing client relationships, programme delivery, and commercial oversight.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within secure or sensitive environments (prison, MOD, healthcare, etc.)
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to pass enhanced security clearance checks
